Day Retreats

Come and refresh yourself for the day in the beauty of the Blue Mountains on a retreat at Leura Uniting Church, corner of Megalong and Grose Streets just five minutes from Leura Station.

Retreats create a space for spiritual nourishment and encouragement. They are normally held in Leura Uniting Church and Garden on the first Saturday in April, July, September and November from 10 to 3.30.

Retreats are led by a retreat team with experienced facilitators who offer guided input. There is opportunity for quiet, individual contemplation and prayer, creative expression and small group discussion.

Morning tea is provided. You can bring your own lunch or there are cafes nearby.
A donation of $20 is suggested.

Leura Uniting Church is a place of hospitality.
All are welcome.

Retreats will resume in Lent 2023

The retreat team wish you peace and hope at this time of enormous challenge for so many in Australia especially as we think of those experiencing heavy rainfalls and flooding and as we also think of the sadness and pain of so many in our world.

This is a little early but may the hope of the Advent season give you comfort.
